About Flex Dance Experience

A Note From The Founders

Welcome to Flex Dance Experience!

At Flex Dance Experience, our mantra is simple: Find your passion, flex your potential. As lifelong members of the dance community, we grew up immersed in this world—first as competition kids, then working the front desk, teaching classes, and eventually choreographing and producing sold-out shows. This journey has given us a unique perspective and a deep understanding of what makes a studio truly special.

Our philosophy centers on creating a positive, nurturing environment where every dancer can explore their passions and grow both on and off the dance floor. Our mission is to enrich lives through movement, helping students build technical skill, self-confidence, resilience, and creativity.

We’re here to help our dancers discover what makes them shine and support them every step of the way as they grow and succeed.

Best,
Joni & Kailey Medzadourian

She fosters a welcoming, disciplined, and authentic environment where every dancer is encouraged to reach their full potential—without losing sight of their love for dance. At Flex, Kailey brings her vision full circle—opening a studio in the very building where she first fell in love with dance. Blending professional-level structure with a community-driven spirit, she leads with the goal of building a space where dancers feel seen, supported, and pushed to reach their potential. From choreographing standout routines to managing studio operations, Kailey and Joni are together setting a new standard for what a modern, meaningful dance experience can be.
