Welcome to the Flex Dance Experience Competition Team!
Our company dancers are dedicated, passionate, and driven to take their skills to the next level. Being part of Company is about more than competition—it’s about confidence, commitment, teamwork, and creating lifelong memories. Flex Company dancers train with purpose, support one another, and represent the studio with pride both on and off the stage.
Who Can Join?
Now forming new teams for the 2026-2027 season!
Flex Company is open to dancers ages 5 and up who love to perform, enjoy being part of a team, and are ready to challenge themselves in a positive, encouraging setting. Placement is determined through an audition process to ensure dancers are grouped appropriately for growth, confidence, and success.

Expectations & Commitment
Flex Company offers a balanced and manageable commitment designed to support strong training while working with busy family schedules.
Commitment – Year-round training, weekly rehearsals, and 4 regional competitions and nationals. Attendance is key.
Financials – Monthly tuition, competition entry fees, costumes, team gear (jackets, warm-ups, bags, etc.) and travel costs. Fundraising options may be available.
Rehearsals – Mandatory classes + additional weekend rehearsals. Limited absences allowed.
Dancer Expectations – Attitude matters as much as talent! We want dancers who love what they do and bring their best every time they step into the studio. Show up prepared, work hard, support your team, and represent Flex with professionalism.
Performances & Competitions –

Community performances (including Westwood Home for the Holidays Parade)

Regional & National Competitions: Full-day events, all based in New Jersey, with clear expectations for hair, makeup, and costuming.
