2026 Summer Camps
Pop Star Acro & Tumbling Camp
June 29–July 2 | Ages 5–9
Shine like a pop star! This high-energy camp focuses on acro and tumbling fundamentals while helping dancers build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Campers will work on age-appropriate acro skills, enjoy pop-themed crafts, and make new friends — all leading up to a fun end-of-week performance for family and friends.
Barbie Dream Dance Camp
July 13–16 | Ages 4–7
Step into a dream-filled week of dance and creativity! Inspired by Barbie’s world, this camp blends upbeat dance styles, imaginative movement, themed crafts, and playful games. Campers will build confidence, express themselves, and shine on stage in a fabulous end-of-week performance for family and friends.
TikTok Trendsetters Dance Camp
July 20–23 | Ages 6–10
Get ready to move like your favorite trendsetter! This high-energy camp is inspired by today’s most popular viral dances and hip hop grooves, helping dancers build confidence for school dances and in social settings. Campers will learn fun choreography, work on their personal style, enjoy creative crafts, and make new friends along the way—all leading up to a show-stopping end-of-week performance for family & friends.
Once Upon A Dance Camp
July 27–30 | Ages 2.5–5
Step into a magical week inspired by beloved Disney princesses! Dancers will move and play to theme music from their favorite princess movies, enjoy royal dress-up, and take part in themed crafts each day – all leading up to a majestic end-of-week performance for family & friends!
Flex Your Potential Summer Intensive
August 10–13 | Ages 10+
This game-changing intensive at Flex is back for round two! Designed to re-energize and elevate dancers, this high-impact week focuses on growth, confidence, and fresh training in a supportive, high-energy environment. Dancers will sharpen skills, learn new choreography, and reconnect with their passion for dance from some of NJ & NYC’s finest instructors. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, this is your chance to keep building momentum and flex your potential in an incredibly uplifting space.
Disney Dance Adventure
August 17–20 | Ages 3–6
Our most popular camp is back again this summer! A truly magical week for little dancers. Each day brings a new Disney-inspired theme with fun dances, memorable crafts, and creative movement. The week ends with a special family performance where your tiny star will shine!
Cheer & Hip Hop Hype Up Camp
August 24–27 | Ages 6–10
An energetic, confidence-boosting camp for dancers who love to move! This high-energy week blends cheer skills and hip hop 101 to help dancers build strength and style. Campers will learn fun routines, create crafts, and work as a team while making new friends—all leading up to an exciting end-of-week performance for family & friends!
First Steps Dance Camp
August 31–September 3 | Ages 2.5–4
Designed just for our youngest dancers, this playful camp focuses on movement, music, and imagination while gently preparing children for the upcoming dance season. Through songs, games, props, and simple moves, dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and body awareness while building confidence, independence, and friendships. With gentle structure, creative play, and themed craft time, this camp is the perfect introduction to dance and the studio environment—ending with a sweet performance for loved ones.
Recital
Our annual recital gives students the chance to perform on stage, build confidence, and share their passion for dance with family and friends. It’s a highlight of the year, filled with music, costumes, and unforgettable moments.
Birthday Parties
Make your child’s birthday truly special with a Flex Dance Experience party! Our themed dance parties are packed with music, movement, and fun. Choose from exciting options like a ballerina bash, hip-hop extravaganza, or custom themes. We’ll take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
